The Uganda Child Rights Protection Mission (UCRPM) is guided by a committed leadership team dedicated to advancing children's rights, strengthening child protection systems, and ensuring the effective implementation of the organization's mission and programs.
Our leadership exists to serve with integrity, accountability, transparency, and a shared commitment to improving the lives of children across Uganda.
At UCRPM, leadership is more than holding a position—it is a responsibility to protect, inspire, and create positive change.
We believe that effective leadership should:
- Put children first in all decisions and actions.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and accountability.
- Promote transparency and responsible stewardship of resources.
- Encourage teamwork, innovation, and community participation.
- Respect diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities.
- Remain committed to the mission and values of the organization.
Every leadership decision is guided by what is in the best interests of children and the communities we serve.
The National Executive Leadership serves as the highest governing body of UCRPM and provides strategic direction for the organization.
The team is responsible for guiding organizational growth, strengthening partnerships, supporting program implementation, ensuring accountability, and safeguarding the vision and mission of UCRPM.
