The Uganda Child Rights Protection Mission (UCRPM) is guided by a committed leadership team dedicated to advancing children's rights, strengthening child protection systems, and ensuring the effective implementation of the organization's mission and programs.

Our leadership exists to serve with integrity, accountability, transparency, and a shared commitment to improving the lives of children across Uganda.

At UCRPM, leadership is more than holding a position—it is a responsibility to protect, inspire, and create positive change.

To strengthen local engagement and expand our reach, UCRPM will establish district leadership structures in different parts of Uganda.

These district teams help coordinate activities, support community engagement, facilitate communication, and promote child protection initiatives at the local level.

District leadership enables the organization to remain connected to the communities it serves and respond more effectively to the needs of children.
